SRK Corporate Services L.L.C is a private consultancy registered in Dubai, UAE. We provide administrative support, documentation assistance, and liaison services for government-related processes. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Rental Dispute Center (RDC) filing and case management support
- RERA Trakheesi licensing and permit assistance
- Golden Visa application support
- Certificate attestation and certified translation services
- Company formation and business setup assistance
- PRO services, Power of Attorney, Emirates ID, and Amer/Tasheel services
- Real Estate Trustee services and Property Snagging
- Insurance facilitation and Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) services
We are a consultancy and facilitation firm. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our team assists with document preparation, submission coordination, and administrative liaison only.
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for your service request
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your information or circumstances that may affect your application
- Ensure all documents provided to us are genuine and legally valid
- Pay agreed fees in a timely manner as per the agreed payment schedule
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements
We shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of work and are communicated to the client verbally or in writing. Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of any applicable government or authority fees
- Government fees, stamp duties, and authority charges are separate and payable by the client
- Fees paid for services already commenced are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- If a service has not yet been initiated, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion
- Government fees and third-party charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of outcome
- No refund will be issued where a rejection or unfavourable outcome is due to client-provided inaccurate information or incomplete documents
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@srksolutions.ae within 7 days of the relevant transaction
6. Processing Times and Timelines
Processing timelines provided by SRK Corporate Services L.L.C are estimates only and are subject to the workload and processing speeds of the relevant UAE government authorities. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Government authority backlogs or system downtime
- Incomplete or incorrect documents submitted by the client
- Changes in government regulations or processing requirements
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-ordered closures
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documents with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party except as required by UAE law, government authority requirements, or as necessary to deliver the agreed services. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on the SRK Corporate Services L.L.C website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of SRK Corporate Services L.L.C and is protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
SRK Corporate Services L.L.C provides facilitation and administrative support services only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- SRK Corporate Services L.L.C shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
- We shall not be responsible for decisions, approvals, or rejections made by UAE government authorities
- Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Amendments
SRK Corporate Services L.L.C reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued engagement of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
